How create marketing campaigns?

EQUP's Campaigns feature allows you to streamline and simplify your marketing efforts by automating your business email and SMS marketing campaigns. This feature allows you to craft customized and targeted emails/messages for your target audience, establish automated triggers for sending emails/messages at designated times or in reaction to specific events, and monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns in real-time. This helps you save time and resources while ensuring that your marketing emails/messages are consistently delivered to your target audience. Whether you're looking to increase brand awareness, drive sales, or strengthen customer relationships, EQUP's Campaigns feature can help you achieve your marketing goals.

How to create a campaign with pre-built templates?

  1. Login to your EQUP account, and navigate to "Campaigns".
  2. Click on the "Add Campaign" button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. On the pop-up screen, select the goal of your marketing campaign from the three categories "Engage/Educate", "Interact with Customers", and "Promote your Services/Plans/Products" and click the "Next" button.
  4. On the next screen, you will find a list of all the campaign templates related to your chosen goal. Choose the template you want to use for your marketing campaign and click the "Activate Campaign" button.
  5. On the campaign builder page, give your campaign a name in the top left corner. This name will help you identify and organize your campaigns.
  6. Review the trigger and actions defined in the campaign template and make any necessary changes to fit your requirements.
  7. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on the "Test" button at the top right corner of the page to run a test campaign.
  8. In the "Test Campaign" drawer, select an existing test contact or create a new test contact on which you want to run the test campaign.
  9. The system will run the test campaign against the selected contact and show you the live result. (Note: The test campaign will skip all the delay timers you have added to the campaigns to show you the live result.) Observe the result to ensure that the campaign is working as expected.
  10. If the test campaign is successful, click on "Back" to go back to the campaign builder.
  11. Click on the "Activate Campaign" button at the top right corner of the screen to activate the campaign.

    Note: To create a campaign from scratch, on the third step, click the "Start from Scratch" button instead of selecting a category. This will bring you to the blank campaign builder where you can give your campaign a name and choose triggers and actions according to your requirements.
